1. What this site is

BrokerWisely publishes educational information about Indian stock brokers, trading charges, mutual funds and IPOs: explainers, calculators, simulations and factual data. It is not investment advice, not a research report, not a solicitation and not an offer to buy or sell any security. Nothing here is a recommendation of any broker, fund, share or IPO, and no page should be read as one.

2. Your decisions are your own

Investing and trading involve risk, including loss of capital. Any decision you take after reading this site is yours alone. If you want advice about what you personally should do, consult a SEBI registered investment adviser. Figures here are educational illustrations; the official schedule, offer document, scheme document and your contract note always prevail.

3. Accuracy, with limits

We work to keep every figure correct and dated, as described in the methodology, but charges, tax rates, scheme details and issue terms change and errors can occur. The site is provided as-is, without warranty of completeness or fitness for a purpose, and to the extent the law allows, BrokerWisely is not liable for losses arising from reliance on it. If you find an error, please report it through the contact email in the footer so it can be fixed for everyone.

4. Simulations and third parties

The broker simulations are original, stylised training recreations, clearly labelled as such. They are not the real apps, hold no real money and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any broker. Trademarks and brand names belong to their owners and appear only to identify the products being described. Links that leave this site go to third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

5. Acceptable use

• Personal, non-commercial reading is what the site is for; quoting with a link and attribution is welcome.
• Do not misuse the service: no scraping at abusive volume, no attempts to breach or probe security, no submitting other people's personal data through the forms, and no republishing site content as your own.
• Do not present the simulations as real apps or use them to mislead anyone.

6. Intellectual property

The site's original text, design, code and illustrations belong to BrokerWisely. Factual data (a fee, a date, a NAV) is not owned by anyone, but our compilations and presentations of it are protected. You may not copy substantial parts of the site without permission.

7. Privacy

Personal data handling is covered by the privacy policy, which is part of these terms. The short version: the only personal data we hold is a contact email you choose to give, and you can have it erased at any time.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated as the service evolves; the date above changes when they do, and continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute. If one clause is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
